Returns, exchanges and refunds.
30-day returns
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to return a product (RMA required)
Contact customer service at support@calmind-supplements.com or 1 (800) 850-4216 with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed. We will provide the return address with your RMA.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting the returned products, to the original payment method. Original shipping was free; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report any damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, return shipping included.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
